The Explosive Arrow was too powerful (2x a TNT blast instead of 1/2 a TNT blast). The power has been restored to its typical level.

You can now trap your enemies in iron bars!
Craft a Jail Arrow by surrounding a regular arrow with iron bars (see your recipe book in-game). Upon hitting an entity, bars spring out and surround the other player/mob.
