Features:
When you dig blocks, fishing you will lose energy and when you drop to a certain amount of energy you will not be able to fish / dig that thing anymore

To restore power, drink water

Almost all are customized in config

/Power set <player> <number> - Set custom amount of power
/Power add <player> <number> - Add custom amount of power
/Power remove <player> <number> - Remove custom amount of power
/MPower set <player> <number> - Set custom amount of max power
/MPower add <player> <number> - Add custom amount of max power
/MPower remove <player> <number> - Remove custom amount of max power
/Power check <player> - Check amount of power
/Power reload - Reload config, lang files
