This update represents a complete rewrite of PostPigeon as well as open sourcing of the project. I will update the resource page accordingly to suit the new features, commands and permissions.

WARNING FOR OLD USERS:
If there's any of you left, the new update is a complete rewrite (hence version 2.0.0) and the old plugin will not transfer data to the new version. This means pigeons won't be pigeons and items in their inventory will be lost. If this is a significant problem for you, hit me up and we'll find a solution together. The newer version uses a completly new way of storing the inventory data.

- Added a toggleable whitelist/blacklist for item input as per request from @Francisc

- Added Language file, where you can customize (almost) messages interacting with the players
- Added Adding system checking language file and adding missing options for future updates.

- Added tabcomplete on /pigeon
- Fixed error message no longer appearing while placing a custom named block
- Fixed 1.14 inventoryView bug

- Toggle pigeons dropping feathers in config
- Toggle the ability to plant the corn item in config

Added option to only send written books in pigeons, and none other materials.
