There is now one more finished thing on my ToDo list!
I've now added Permissions to the Commands. You will now need some permissions to use some commands, but if you are an operator, you can use every command.

It's me, again. I've made an Update because of a bug fix. It is now not anymore possible, to run the Command as console, because he will throw an error.
