Removed analytics and fixed update check.

Added analytics which can be seen on PortMiner's GitHub wiki.
This is just to get an idea of how many people are using this plugin, and whether to further improve it.

Also built for 1.16 now.

Added update checker and two config options:

• enabled - Default: true, enables or disables the plugin.
• allow-outdated - Default: false, disables plugin on outdated unless true.
