PorticleGun - Item to create linked portals -----
Adds an item to place individual colored portals represented by circling particles.Bug fixes regarding:
- Velocity teleportation
- Visibility of chest blocks hooked by grvaity gun.

- Added WorldGuard compatibly
- You can now change portal visualization
- Added portal shot animation
- Entities can now enter portals and get teleported
- Chests now can be transported with gravity gun
- When you go through a portal, a correct ratio is calculated so that you leave the counterpart portal in the same ratio (if you go backwards through a portal, you come out backwards from the other one, etc.).
In previous Version was a Bug, that every portal was saved to one ID. Cause of that, only the last portals were saved and the PorticleGun were no longer linked to the portal.
- Portals now remain present even after a reload/restart of the server
