DESCRIPTION
This plugin adds a way for players to grab entities in their inventory and spawn the entities where they please, this plugin is themed around Pokèballs and is configurable, you can configure the cooldown of the Pokèballs and what entities players can capture inside them.

COMMANDS
-/pokeballs -displays to the player the plugin's commands

-/pokeballs get <Amount> <SucessRate>
-/pokeballs get <Amount> <SucessRate> <StoredEntity>
-/pokeballs buy <Amount> <SucessRate>

-notes
-if StoredEntity is empty it will give an empty pokeball, SuccessRate is ignored when specifying a stored entity.

-the cost of a pokeball is configured in the config.yml by editing the field
" pokeball price" , the final cost of the pokeball will be the pokeball price + the cost of each successrate %, example: a config with pokeball price 100.0 and pokeball successrate pirce of 1.0, the total cost of a pokeball with 100% successrate will be 200.0, 50% successrate will cost 150.0, and so on.

-pokeballs.buy -allows to use command /pokeballs get
-pokeballs.use -allows players to use a pokeball
