PointsFTOP hooks in SavageFTOP/FactionsTop to get the Faction's worth.
I will add compatibility with other FTOP plugins if needed.

  • Some servers are tired of Faction players hiding their stuff and placing it just before the season ends in order to get that juicy first place in FTOP, while not risking to lose anything due to raids/cannoning. This addon brings you the possibility to use a parallel TOP chart that uses SavageFTOP/FactionsTop's calculated worth and gives points to each faction every custom interval of time. This way if a Faction hides their stuff, their points will be lower than factions that do not hide their valuables. This kind of TOP chart promotes players who play fair, not enabling that toxic behaviour.
  • You can configure the time when points will be calculated and if you add for example 2 calculations a day, it will be almost impossible for your players to be able to hide the valuables 2 times each day for the whole season. They will eventually give up and follow the rules.
  • You can configure how many points will be given based off the SavageFTOP/FactionsTop Faction's worth of a Faction. For example, if you set 'point-money-value' to 1 million, if a Faction is worth 3.5 million $, it will get 3 points, while a Faction worth 0.5 million will get 0. One million should be a good value to start with for most of the servers' economies, but you can adjust it in order to make it more compatible with yours.

  • %pointsftop_factionvalues::<index>% = Shows the Faction Points of the faction at <index> position in the PointsFTOP top chart.

  • All permissions are configurable, you can edit them yourself to your liking, and reload the plugin in order for the changes to be applied.
