Added support to specify your own custom crafting recipe.

If you are updating this plugin you will need to delete the original settings.yml and restart the server to generate the new settings file!

Updated to support 1.19

Updated the settings.yml to be more user friendly, so when updating please delete your original settings.yml before starting the server so the plugin can auto generate the new file. This will be the final update unless bugs are reported. Had fun making this plugin and hope you enjoy it.

Added the option to burn blocks of fuel, instead of individual ingots. Also fixed a bug that caused the night vision effect to badly flicker.
