• PlugMan is now a soft-dependency, and you will now receive a console message informing you about the required dependency if it is not installed.
• [JaTiTV] Made the open permission (plugmangui.opengui) lowercased and added it to the plugin.yml.
• [JaTiTV] PlugMan commands can no longer be worked-around. If you don't have access to the PlugMan command, you will not be able to bypass it by using the GUI.
