Version 1.4.0 - PlotSquared v7; Minecraft 1.20.4
It was long awaited, we finally have an update!
Changelog:
- Added support for minecraft Versions up to 1.20.4
- Added support for PlotSquared v7. It will stay backwards-compatible to older versions of PlotSquared starting from v6
- A lot of internal changes to make said stuff actually work
- You will now be notified if there is an update available

Notes:
- PlotSquaredSettings now expects at least Java 17
- The locale "de" has been renamed to "de_DE". If you update and use the german language, this will break the plugin until you change it.
