Commands:

After restarting any plugin, its functions may not work. PLManager just disables/enables the plugin (not like Plugman).

/plmanager(plm) reloadconfig - reloads config.
/plmanager(plm) disable <plugin> - disable plugin.
/plmanager(plm) enable <plugin> - enable plugin.
/plmanager(plm) reload <plugin> - reload plugin.
/plmanager(plm) list

Permissions:
plmanager.admin - access to PLManager commands.
