So turns out the was a huge bug in this plugin for a long time.

It would work if only a single player was on the server or if all the players online had the effect. But the was a chance the plugin would stop working if a player without the effect joined the server.

This version should fix that issue

This update fixes a bug that caused players to get damaged even in biomes where rain does not exist.

Deserts and Savannas are now safe when its raining

Some people might want to use a Permissions plugin with this so have added the option use_permissions. when set to true it will ignore the UUID list inside the config and will instead use a permissions plugin like LuckPerms.

Also fixed a bug which caused a player to get damaged when inside a boat sorry if this was annoying for anyone

So as requested 1.1.0 has some new features

• The ability to either whitelist specific players (like before) or blacklist instead. Useful for extra hardcore servers where you want all players to have this effect but not admins
• The ability to limit the plugin to a single world. useful if you use Multiverse

If you had 1.0.0 installed you should delete your config.yml and let it regenerate (or copy the example from the Spigot page)
