A plugin that allows you to mention other players in chat easily!
* Just type the name of the player in chat! (cAsE sEnSiTiVe)
* Perfect for big player servers.

Features:
* Cooldown
- Prevent mention spam
* Max Mentions
- Limit the amount of mentions per chat message
* Mention Format
- Change the format of the mention that will be displayed in chat
- Example: "&2&o" = PlayerName
* Mention Everyone
- Example: "&2&o" = PlayerName
- Mention everyone with "@everyone" if enabled
* Require @ Mentions
- Requires mentions to have an "@" symbol
- You can also do "@ PlayerName" - (have a space after the @)
* Mention Sound
- You can also do "@ PlayerName" - (have a space after the @)
- Change the sound that plays when someone is mentioned
- The list for all available sounds can be found here
* Restrictions don't apply to OPs
