Fixed bug that caused all player heads to have the same lore.
Added Minecraft 1.19 support.

- Added pagination. Pages will automagically be created when the player count on the server is above the max per page.
- Added real-time GUI updating. Player stats, and the player count in the title will update real-time-ish. (Only every 0.5sec)
- Added an update checker.
- Removed built-in support for PlayerPoints & Factions. If you wish to use these placeholders, use PlaceholderAPI.

- Players cannot take heads out of GUI.

- Added Metrics (bStats).
