Added force kit to console.

Usage: /forcekit <player> <kit name>

This command is only available for console. For this the one time use will not effect it, meaning that it will be able to use it more than once. But the cooldown will effect it. The player doesn't need to have the permission to get the kit.

/createkit <kit name> <true or false> <time>

if you do use a one time use kit the timer will not matter!

PlayerKitsPlus V2
A complete new way to use amazing kits, wanna preview a kit? Well now you can with /showkit <kit>, this will show a gui for moderators and normal players!

In these images you can see some moderator tools and those icons can only be seen by people with permission such as:

playerkitsplus.command.deletekit

playerkitsplus.command.changetimer

playerkitsplus.command.kit.<kit>

Now there are new commands such as:

/showkit <kit>

/changetimer <kit> <new timer>

/resetcooldown <kit> <player>

There are so many backend fixes and features that will help you make amazing kits, such as now you can use offhands as well, you can't equip a kit if you don't have inventory space and more.

Remember if you change config files manually they will most likely break.
