This update adds a new addon jar that fixes the PartyAndFriends API hook.

BGHDDevelopment LLC has taken over maintaining this resource from @Jamezrin. Jamezrin has done an amazing job on the plugin and I can't wait to keep adding new features for everyone who loves using it!
