Compass can now update itself, even if not held in main hand (config.yml).
Compass can now show target's y-level on action bar (config.yml).
All messages are now fully configurable (config.yml).
Config.yml is now more readable.

Unnecessary code has been removed.
The messages to the console in the code have been translated into English.

You need to delete old 'nwse-Kompas' folder to generate new config.

Some variables that You can use in almost every message:
- %target-name% returns tartget's nickname
- %target-world% returns target's world (OVERWORLD, THE_END, NETHER)
You can now specify compass update interval (in ticks) - more = better performance, less = better accuracy

Not implemented yet:
- Variable (%target-y-level%) and boolean (config.compass-should-show-target-y-level)
- Working compass in nether (already in config.yml, but not implemented in code)
