• Added a mode for the "Report Reasons".
• This newly added modes feature allows you to either restrict players to a list of report reasons that you can configure, or allow them to have whatever reason they want to put.
• When the new mode feature is set to "RESTRICT" the TabComplete system will provide the options to players as to what reasons they can use.
• When the new mode feature is set to "SUGGEST" the TabComplete system will just recommend the configurable list in the config.yml, but can still provide whatever reason they want.
• When the new mode feature is set to "OFF" the TabComplete system is disabled and players can provide whatever reason they want.
