Added permission: PlayerEntityScanner.ignore
Any trusted players with this permission will not be scanned for excessive entities near them.

Add entity exclusions in config.yml
Any entities listed will be ignored when clearing and scanning players.

Defaults:
ignored-entity-types: #Entitys listed below will never be deleted.
- firework_rocket
- eye_of_ender
- experience_orb
- experience_bottle
- potion
- snowball
- end_crystal
- area_effect_cloud
