This update fixes an issue with running /playtime on a 1.17.1 server

Thanks to user Onomastic for reporting the error ( https://www.spigotmc.org/threads/play-time-view-detailed-session-time.522147/#post-4249410)

This update fixes an error and also adds permissions for each command

/playtime - playtime.command
/playtime [player] - playtime.others
/playtime server - playtime.server

This update imports bStats, and fixes the permission not being used for /playtime server

My next plans will be tracking stats per-week, per-month, etc... I'm trying to think of what would be efficient for these
