Commands:

/breakonlymode
The equivalent of the whiteout in r/place; no more placing blocks

/pausemode
Pauses the place; no placing and breaking temporarily

/resumemode
Resumes the place after a pausemode or breakonlymode

/reloadconfig
If you want to change the timer while keeping the server up, use this.

The config.yml:

disallow-end-crystals (UNSUPPORTED): stops players from breaking end crystals

timers: timers for placing and breaking in seconds
