A simple plugin to disable phantom spawning

This is a simple to disable phantom spawning.
You can also disable the spawning by using spawn egg.
Black/Whitelist supports!

/PixelPhantom help View help.
/PixelPhantom add <world> Add the world into the list.
/PixelPhantom remove <world> Remove the world from the list.
/PixelPhantom clear Clear the list.
/PixelPhantom reload Reload the configuration.

pixelphantom.admin (permission of commands. Default: op)

1. Download PixelPhantom.jar and put into your plugins folder.
2. Restart the server.
3. Configurate the files.
