This is not a plugin or a standalone model that you can download, but an Electron app that acts as a browser wrapper for theyr website. To explain for those unfamiliar with Electron: It's essentially a Chrome browser that runs with the website as the default page. The app doesn't offer any offline features, so it's questionable why it even exists and doesn't just act as a middleman.

The website offers AI image generation with pre-built models that are either fine-tuned or developed in-house. While the developer claims to have put significant effort into training these models, there is little transparency to verify these claims. The business model offers “unlimited” images for a relatively low subscription fee, but “unlimited” is misleading - usage is limited based on the terms of service.

After I submitted my initial review, the developer contacted me directly and asked me to remove or change it. While certain aspects have been clarified and some parts of the platform have been updated (e.g. clarifying that the app is only a web wrapper and adding a consent checkbox to comply with EU regulations), overall the setup still feels unnecessarily complicated and not what users expect from a plugin marketplace like SpigotMC.

If you're looking for free, local solutions, I still recommend Hugging Face's models, such as Pixel Art XL, which offer far more flexibility without subscription fees.

While recognizing the efforts behind this project, the lack of transparency of the platform, the questionable need for the Electron app, and the misleading claim of “unlimited” are still major issues. 2/10.

I understand the many concerns you raised, just in case, the model you described is licensed for non commercial rights and is a subtle advertisement to another ai website, and its quality is far away from anything the website can achieve, but for that I'll let you try the model and see it by yourself.

I've made changes to the website to solve most concerns you raised on your initial comment, the models are in house fine-tune, and anybody with enough experience with AI can validate my points (please real AI developer, the field is crowded with unprofessionnal ones).

But what I encourage any users over my words is to actually try the website, and judge by themselves. also ask the users in the discord what they think about the website, look announcement etc...

Also don't just stop on the free models, some people have very high expectation for the free models available on the website, they don't represent even 0.1% of what the website is capable to achieve.

This isnt a model you can download, no its a useless electron app which only shows his website. Its not even a offline version of it to save data. To explain it a bit simpler for someone who doesnt know what electron is: Its just a chrome browser with his website as the default page. Nothing more, nothing less. On said website he resells other image generation ai's with his prompts prefixed to your requests for a huge markup. Cant recommend 0/10.

Nothing but errors over and over, can't connect to SQL server

A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)

Yes, virus total does not say it's clean, but honestly, I'll take it with a grain of salt.(still used sandbox environment, just in case)

I would love for this to work, but right now the core functionality that needs to work doesn't—the program/site.

If this somehow is resolved in the hereafter this could easily be a 5/5

Okay, I have tried it again today, and now it's working. It's working surprisingly well(when working).

I will also leave a fair review. This plugin is great it's fit my needs pretty well, and if you're looking for something in this field I would highly recommend this. People are a bunch of selfish crybabies. It's insane how some people act. You don't use reviews as a comment section! Anyways thank you for this plugin, keep up the great work. Leaving a 5-star review since the previous ones are very unfair (bad reviews reporting errors/bugs are always trash like the last one).

Ngl, the look of the app/website seems pretty ugly (kinda decent at max), and idk why the ".exe" program is just a compiled website instead of having the website only in the Download option, but the results are amazing in the contrast of the low-average look of this resource.

Also, there is no proof that this resource is insecure, Spigot already reported that multiple resources have false positives, like this resource (See here: https://www.spigotmc.org/threads/windows-defender-false-positives.639507/, you might put this link in your resource's page).

I like this resource, might be very hard to understand and use, and looks kinda awful, but having very great AI-generated pixel art images compensates for some of that.

Hope you can keep updating PixelGPT, maybe only having the website in the Download option, and I really hope that you can update or rework the looks of the website (the only issue that I have with this resource).

There are hundreds of reasons for this kind of issue, it could be an adblocker falsly blocking the request, some very old browser not supported, a plugin breaking the page.

Please next time report the issue onto the discord specified in support, at the bottom right of the website and under the video of the channel.

Because of lazyness its once again another bad review I have to answer too.

In case I just created an account 3 seconds ago and it worked fine, and tested on my phone it worked too.

Web version works fine but results are not to great. To add is the EXE required for a windows machine sketchy, multiple AV marked it as a virus right after downloading. Weird that it is exe packed for a web app. I would be careful with this

Hey,

What results in particular disapointed you ? and what model in particular, remember if you are not premium user, you are using the baby category of model which is good for basic usage, but is far away from the quality of the rest of the models.

As to antivirus poping up on the app, the App is a base electron app that you can easely reverse engineer easely, there is one line of code I made and it is to display the website, I also responded in one review above about using tools such as AV and Virustotal for treating virus alarm correctly.

But please yes use the website version, don't use the app if you're issue is that it contains virus.

I've invested a lot in this website, seeing people judging the app and the generations based on very little knowledge and understanding makes me really anxious, I've really made a lot to make it easy for people to generate things, but you can't expect the AI to understand things even a human can't. And yes some models are bad, but its far from the majority of the rest.

I deleted the previous review since didn't explain too well.
When I was referring to GUI, it was for the PixelGPT GUI, not generated GUI's. PixelGPT has a non-intuitive interface for creating AI Minecraft images. The results are very great but PixelGPT should have a massive rework in its interface to make it easier to navigate.

The results are outstanding, but the interface is not that appealing IMO. I was thinking of 3/5 but it would be unfair to rate it only for the look and not the AI results. Sure, it takes a long time to generate sometimes and the GUI it's not pretty, but kinda of satisfied with the generated textures and images. Hope the GUI will have a MASSIVE improvement in future versions.

HEy yeah GUI is one of the hardest actually, but there is a tutorial on youtube channel to improve results, a big version is in training, it should come in around 3 weeks

I would like to give it 5 stars, but i simply cannot due to fact how the program works.
You can only generate 1 image every 2 minutes, which is reasonable until you find that the AI doesn't generate accurately most of the time first try, for example if you set a 64x portrait style model, sometimes instead of a portrait of a single person, it will make a 4 way portrait of same person in different clothes, or different ages.
Its an awesome thing in some ways, but when you have to wait 10/15 minutes to get the exact thing you want it can get tedious.
I also think there needs to be a monthly subscription, a yearly one is just too much for the amount i would personally use it.

Other than that fact, i am absolutely amazed that this is a thing, i have seen people over the years sell products that look worse than what this can do, you can literally get full set or armor, tools, ore within 2 minutes and they look 100% legit, i am literally in awe. Please keep adding whatever features possible.

I definetly agree on side of speed, I'm currently installing a 3090 setup (I still need the power block), the speed should increase litterally by x8.

Regarding portrait, try the text accuracy feature to pull it up a bit higher, it sometimes help fitting the text better, a new feature is coming very soon that will improve the text accuracy by 20-30% (not much but still worth it trust me ! ;)

Works totally fine.

I made some swords and coins textures.
You can adjust if you want the output to be more abstract or accurate to the prompt. From my experience, setting this to slightly from the right corner gives the best results in most cases.

The Discord server (although not very active) is a good place to discuss this tool and share your experience, also it's good for asking for support.

The application is just a packaged version of the website,

Many people dont know how to use virus total (I admit also that virus total dont make any effort to make it clear)

First, I took time to develop this website, go to the website instead of installing the app please.

Then thanks for your review, I will settle this once and for all, since many people doesnt know how to use virus total, here is the virus total analysis :

The software is flagged by two antivirus, lets give a look : mlscore , machine learning is juging the app, what is the app :
Its the electron app template (electron is what powers discord, discord is an electron app) with one line of code that says, hey,
, display the website : https://deep-pixels.com/Home.

So machine learning is far from perfect, an if its judges the base template of electron as a virus, then its possible that the antivirus itself is bad (its not easy to make an antivirus).

The second is 'JS/ExtMsg', which doesnt stand that the app is a virus; but that she is vulnerable (please do google search). Then that is sad to know then that discord is vulnerable.

Nothing more, I invite any people with knowledge to reverse engineer the app, its very easy to do, you will see that all I did is embed my website inside an electron app.

Many people dont know how to use virus total (and probably judge things too fast, red color doesnt always mean its a virus), you will see a lot of small software being flagged as virus, even the base template of some IDE.

Its sad to see such review, but I can't do anything more than 'educate' people, and I know the tools like virus total are far from perfect, its why its necessary to be aware about how they work.

Hey, no it is because the software is not using a paid software license, windows smartscreen flags any software that doesnt have any license or has not been installed millions of times.

Anyone can ask me through discord for the source code of the app, its nothing more than a website host using electron.

Membership is if you want faster and more simulteanous generations, otherwhise its 100% free, this is an unfair review. If you want membership, its 6$, yes 6$ for a gpu based server that generates items better than any AI can do, a 100% free world where all the work is server side doesnt exist, free and paid version must cohexist, you probably also didn't tried the AI at all, this is really sad. On my side I don"t get anything from this project, it cost me a lot of server operations because of people like you, very very sad world.

Great tool! Knowing it has been made alone by a student, is an impressive feat by itself.
It's very simple to use, and while the free trial is quite limited, it's understandable because he can't maintain the cost of that project for free forever.
