Optimized metrics to decrease .jar file size

In this update, I have added functionality for placing custom colours anywhere in the messages.

Use the ampersand (&) symbol and then a valid minecraft colour or formatting code to make use of this function.

I have also added metrics. You can disable this by changing the 'metrics' option to false in config.yml
