Can't move during pick-pocket, more config options, pick-pocket command
- Added in a player move check to make sure pick-pocketing is cancelled when a player moves
- Added '/pickpocket [name]' command - You can only pick-pocket a player within 4 blocks of your location
- Added 'pickpocket.use' permission - Allows usage of the plugin
- Added configuration for mini-game re-roll rate. Default is every second.
- Added configuration for chance of getting caught while rummaging
- Fixed cursor getting centered every time "Keep rummaging..." is clicked
