Rainbow Effect for Counters

• Added a beautiful rainbow effect for block counters that changes colors smoothly as you mine
• Visually appealing gradient transitions through the entire color spectrum
• Parentheses remain gray while only the numbers change color for better readability

Hex Color Support

• Added full support for hex colors in all messages using the #RRGGBB format
• Beautiful gradient-style messages with modern Minecraft color schemes
• Fully compatible with traditional color codes (& format) for backward compatibility

Enhanced Configuration

• New use-hex-colors option in config.yml to toggle the rainbow effect
• Easily switch between the classic counter style and the new rainbow effect
• All changes can be applied with a simple /pickaxecounterx reload command
