How do disable data collection?
If you don't want to send data:

The pickaxe can break blocks in the specified configuration of allowed regions, even if these regions overlap with other regions where breaking blocks is prohibited

Now when you set the value "unbreakable_pickaxe" to "true" in "config.yml", the pickaxe will not be destructible.

Now, when issuing a pickaxe, you can adjust the effects on the pickaxe itself before issuing it in config.yml.
