Personal Time Plugin by Isaiah,

This plugin allows you to have players set their own weather or time, This plugin is also great as a Donator Perk as it is Purely Cosmetic and does not count as Pay 2 Win,

Commands:
/pt [time or weather] - sets the player's personal time or weather

List of Weathers:
Clear - Clears the player's weather
Rain - Sets the player's weather to Rain

List of Time:
Day
Noon
Sunset
Night

Other:
You can also revert the player's settings to sync with the server time & weather by typing /pt Disable

Permissions:
PersonalTime.use - use /pt

Perks:
Messages are fully customizable in the CONFIG.YML File
Very Light Weight and Very Easy to Install
Great for donator perks

Theres no weather Thunder yet
