Have you always been annoyed by players who use windcharge at spawn? This plugin blocks the shooting of certain items in certain worlds, it supports title and chat messages

/pasiantythrow reload
alias /pat reload

permissions
pat.bypass.<item> allows you to bypass the blocking of throwing a given item

pat.reload allows you to use the /pat reload command
