Pomo's Auto-Replant (PAReplant) Skript.
The skript is designed to replant crops you harvested, that's basically it! >w<

It'll replant crops if two conditions are met, one being if the event-block is air and the second being if the block below is not air. There's also an option to toggle if the player needs to be holding a hoe while harvesting or not.

Supported Crops:
-Wheat
-Potatoes
-Carrots
-Beetroot
-Nether wart
-Pumpin and Melon Stems

This skript comes with a small amount of options, including:
-Option to toggle if the player needs a hoe to replant
-Option to change the time between harvesting the crop and replant
-Options to change particle types and amounts
