PacificCore is a plugin that has many different functions that you can find in many other plugins. However, this plugin has or will have most of the functions in one plugin.

MOTD on the server list - configurable in the config file.
Fly command, on and off messages configurable in the config file
SetSpawn and Spawn commands the spawn point will be saved inside the config file.
SetHome and Home commands, each player has only one home, and they will be saved in a different file (homes.yml).
AdminChat to talk to all admin's that are online.
