This not very good if one player is in nether and other player is in overworld they can not see each other chat. it also breaks every chat plugin I try (essentials chat, venture chat). I find https://github.com/Oharass/FreedomChat which works a lot better

Chat is designed to work only in one world at a time. I designed it this way because I thought it would be convenient for multi-world plugins. However, I did not think about nether and end dimensions. I will fix it asap. Thank you for feedback.
