Added crafting recipes for quartz ore.

Now there are 2 variants of recipes - select them in config. You can select both, none, or one of them. Delete the OreCraft-1.0.jar file out of your /plugins/ folder and place this new one there, then reload or restart the server. The folder with configuration file will be created.
