Block all strange people from obtain OP with programs or staff. If anyone get the OP permission, you need stay in a user list or, you can be kicked or baned, temporarily o permanently.

This can be configured in config.yml file, the command and time por this.

IMPORTANT
When the Skript it's loaded for first time, reload the skript or server. The messages dont work very good and need do this.

Skript no longer works in version 1.8

Support multi-language, English and Spanish ready.
If you want to use a custom language, you have to copy an existing file (for example en-US.yml), rename the file according to its language code and edit the messages as you like.
Apart from this, in the config.yml file, you will need to add your file to the language list called languages.
