- !13 (Marcify) Update to 1.21.4

I haven't tested this to the same level as previous updates as I'm not within the Minecraft community anymore, please report any issues on GitHub as that's where I'm more likely to see them.

• Fixed checks not resetting if the player moved enough
• Added event checks which reset the check count (BlockPlace, BlockBreak, OnChat)
• Fixed default config having an old fishing script syntax
• Refactored code to make it a lot cleaner
