Again.. im updating my plugin, and when i say in last update i do config update, here you are!
Features:
- added new commands:
/chat help - displaying help, and values set in config(soon)
and
/chat reload - reloads config, after a manual change
- Over 100 lines of config
- Chat Formatting in messages e.g: '&6&lThats plugin is nice'
- Chose second chatdelay
- Enable/Disable chatdelay
- Some placeholders (list in soon)
- Removed a lot of redundant code

in this update I added chat delay, in addition, I modified text messages and improved the already existing function,
in a future update I am going to add file support:
config and messages, so my plugin can be configured in its own way

I am happy to announce that a new update is out, but... what is new?:
- new better system,
- now, you can turn off and on chat,
- fixed bugs,
- add anti CAPS LOCK
- add anti bad words(sweating) (i must add more words...)
- put a capital letter at the beginning of a sentence and a period at the end
