What does it do?
This plugin is a replica of what is used in TapL's video

Minecraft, But Fishing Drops OP Items...

When you catch an item when fishing, it should drop a reel in an OP item at where it landed. This is a 50% chance of happening.

Usage
To install, just add the OPFishing-1.0.jar file to your server's plugins directory.
