Fixed the bug where switching between two worlds would not freeze time.

The code has been organized, and now supports 1.8 - 1.19. Thank you Wasabi_Thumb for doing this.

This allows the plugin to be compatible with multiple worlds! It will now allow you to blacklist certain worlds from being affected by this plugin.

fixed the bug fix that was supposed to fix doDaylightCycle staying as true after the server stopped and started while players were online.

Fixed a bug where if the server stopped while players and then started, the gamerule would be true.
