Functionality:

Opped Player security, when opped player try to join the server but is not in whitelist, kick the player opped

When staffer join the server, announce in the server STAFFER has joined the server

All permission customizable, but default permission is:

<staff.join.message> when player join the server, if player have this permission, announce join the staffer in server

<onions.command.f> /f, for respect the player

<onions.command.trash> /trash ,for open you trash inventory

<onions.command.nightvision> /nv, apply the nightvision effect

<onions.command.nightvision.olther> /nv <other>, apply the nightvision effect to other player

<onions.command.reload> /oreload, reload Config.yml

<onions.command.vote> /vote, send message for link to vote, No Rewards mechanism

<onions.command.info> /onions, output message for all OnionsCore command

<onions.command.security> ONLY STAFF PERMISSION, when opped player try to join but it is not in whitelist, send security message at your staff
