Offline Pay (with rent paying capabilities) -----

Essentials enables some extra functionality (like sending of mails) but other economy plugins might work as well. Not tested, however.
This plugin allows its users to pay offline players with the /offlinepay command. It also allows paying offline (or online) users periodically with the /periodicpay command. This can be used as scheduled rent payment, for instance.
The plugin comes with an array of other commands for listing active (as well as inactive, old) payments and cancelling existing commands. There are also a number of configurable parameters in config.yml as well as a customizable messages.yml. Tab completion works for offline players unless disabled in the config.
