Simplified the plugin to a great extent. Removed other commands, it now only has /oci to improve it's performance. It's a simple plugin, afterall.

Further optimizations as well as fixed oci list not removing player

Patched Bug where ocilist won't save on restart.

Fixed /oci for console, now fully functional.

Just a quick update, console may now also execute the three commands.
