Disabled Fastbreak (just for fix)
Only support paper and fork.

- Added Anti Nuker Legit for 1.21 (beta, but you can use it now, if your server have enchant efficiency > 5, go to config.yml and set
max-yaw-rotation-velocity-degrees-per-ms and
max-pitch-rotation-velocity-degrees-per-ms to 0.8 or 0.9, or you can set 1 if it have a lot of false positive )
