It was missing causing the plugin not to work out of the box.
- added mysql restart line in config
- fixed exclude files to not exclude unintended files
- fixed /backupreload not working properly

- Added cli execution (allows for mysql dumping)
You can now use dd:HH:mm:ss instead of timestamps in the config
