This did what i needed at least, Yes, works with worldguard. Have an underlying problem of the wind charges making giant holes similar to a creeper explosion and no matter what i do i cant stop these explosions from happening. Any insight would be helpful. any way to remove damage or explosions solely from the wind charges?

This plugin wasnt exactly what I was looking for as it only works with WorldGuard currently, but after some handy work with ChatGPT... I was able too add GriefPrevention support.
Getting a good look at the code, I think this is a great project and a must have for any server people produce live content upon.
