Why removing H2? Simply bcs size of the file.

Plugin automatically move players to sqlite db, BUT NOT THE BALANCE.

• %notcredits_top_#% - returns the highest number of credits in the database
  
• %notcredits_name_top_#% - returns the name of the player with the most credits

replace # with a number

I removed a few things not needed for data storage.

This update doesn't add much, other than alerting you to a new version of the plugin.
