Version 1.3 updates support to EpicSpawners 7.2.7

There is no other change from version 1.2 so there is no requirement to get this version if you are using another spawner plugin or vanilla spawners.

As part of this update I took the easy option by dropping support for EpicSpawners 6.x due to competing but incompatible classes. For users wanting NoSpawnerForAfk for EpicSpawners 6.x, click on Versions here and download NoSpawnerForAfk 1.2.0.

This build was tested on Minecraft 1.18.2 using Paper and EssentialsX 2.19.2. No specific changes were required to support these Minecraft and EssentialsX versions, so version 1.2 will also work just as well in 1.18.2.

Version 1.2 fixes an important bug that was preventing versions 1.0 and 1.1 from working without EpicSpawners installed. That's my bad - poor testing on my part.

Latest tests on paper-204 for Minecraft 1.16.3 with EssentialsX 2.18.1.13

New commands :
/NoSpawnerForAFK log on
/NoSpawnerForAFK log off

Turn debug-logging in your console window on or off to check what's going on in the plugin.
Logging will tell you if a spawn was allowed, or if a spawn was blocked either because players were AFK, or there were no players in range.

Added command '/nospawnerforafk range <range>'. Change the range to check for players in-game without manually editing the config file.
