NoReloadConfirm Does Nothing Except make is easier and faster to reload.
Just Run /rel to reload your server.
Do note that for some types of servers the /reload command will still ask for you to confirm it. This is becasue the plugin can not be prioritiesd over minecraft. Read the 1st update to find out why.

Permmsions:
nrc.reload
You will also need the minecraft reload permmsion which varies from sever to server. It's usually <server type>.command.reload. For example bukkit.command.reload or spigot.command.reload. You can research what your reload permmsion is.
Commands:
/reload (Only works on some servers) - Reloads the server
/rl (Only works on some servers) - Reloads the server
/rel - Reloads the server
