Someone wanted to be able to block the use of the smithing table to prevent the upgrade of diamond stuff to netherite. This does that. Users with a bypass permission will not be blocked. Default is nonetherite.bypass but you can change that.

Tells you what the bypass permission is

Reloads the config from disk
