It's garbage.

1. It only works for bedrock and barrier blocks
2. It prints "This server used plugins by debcdope" to all players joining the server
3. The message you get when using bedrock or barrier blocks is in Russian and it's not configurable
4. It clears the complete inventory of the player instead of just removing bedrock and barrier blocks

Sorry, I'll fix most of what you said in version 1.0.2, but clearing the inventory is intentional.
